The Caring Force is pleased to announce that our August TCF Workforce Hero Spotlight honoree is Tatiana Salinas, a Bilingual (Spanish) Community Outreach Specialist at the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC). She plays a critical role in assisting the MDSC in supporting the needs of families with special attention to outreach and support to all families, including Spanish-speaking families. She also assists the MDSC with coordinating New Family Socials, MDSC support groups and other MDSC events.

Tatiana Salinas is the creator and founder of ®Kaizen R&D, an organization based in Boston designed to produce rich literary material for children on diverse topics to support psychological development. Tatiana, entrepreneur and mother of three, earned a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University Extension School 2024.
Tatiana is devoted to industrial and organizational psychology, community Leadership, diversity outreach, research and consulting. With the merited support of the Harvard Innovations Lab, Kaizen is launching online books and fostering a community that can extend beyond.
